The goal is to translate ideas into clear visual systems that communicate effectively across print and digital platforms.

Behind Tacka Studio
Hi, I'm Sladjana Cetin, the designer behind Tacka Studio.
My path to graphic design was not a traditional one. After more than three decades working in administration, finance and business-related roles, I decided to transform a lifelong creative passion into a new professional direction.
I was born and raised in Yugoslavia, a country that no longer exists, but whose cultural diversity, traditions and history continue to influence my perspective and creative work. In 2010, I moved to the Netherlands, where building a new life, raising a family and professional responsibilities naturally became my priorities. Throughout those years, creativity never disappeared—it simply waited for the right moment to take center stage.
That moment came in 2023, when I completed a Graphic Design program through NHA with the highest final grade. What began as a long-postponed dream quickly evolved into a new professional chapter.
My creative journey, however, started much earlier. Since 2015, I have been documenting Amsterdam through visual storytelling on social media, publishing more than 1,000 posts inspired by the city, its architecture, culture and everyday life. This ongoing project helped shape my visual eye, sense of composition and appreciation for the stories hidden within urban environments.
Amsterdam remains one of my greatest sources of inspiration. The city's cultural diversity, openness and creative energy continually influence my work. I am inspired by history, folklore, cultural traditions and the stories that connect people across generations.
A special place in my work is reserved for nature and the relationship between people and their environment. I am fascinated by how urban life and nature can coexist in a respectful and sustainable way.
Today, my work combines graphic design, illustration and editorial thinking, influenced by contemporary culture, street art, typography and visual storytelling. I believe design should not only be visually engaging but also communicate clearly, create connections and tell authentic stories.
For me, graphic design is more than a profession. It is a continuous process of learning, discovery and creative expression.
